Refund policy

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We will happily accept returns on all NEW full-priced merchandise for store credit. All NEW, full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.

We must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processed we will email you a store credit code which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.  

Exchanges:

We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order. However if you are in hurry and don't want to wait for your store credit, simply purchase the new item and include this order number when you return the first item. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. All other exchanges will be processed as a store credit. You can return the product to us as soon as possible and we will email you a store credit with which you can use to purchase a different size, if it's still in stock, or you can purchase a different item of your choosing.  

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Gently used clothing or like items are not returnable and are sold as is.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at BDboutiquedarling@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days to process returns from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange/return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • receiving order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Final Sale, Gently Used, and Special Order items may not be returned.

Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to bdboutiquedarling@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.  

Please Note

  • Only new full priced Items in same condition are returnable
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Gently used/Loved items sold as is Jewelry, bags, Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear and all other accessory items are final sale.
  • NEW Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box untouched and unmarked in any manner in order to be returned for full store credit.
