Return/Store Credit Policy

We will accept returns/store credit of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. Please reach us at to make a return or exchange request and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • First and Last name
  • Product names that you want to return/exchange (Name-Color-Size) and the product you want to exchange to if applicable. (i.e. Short Sleeve Dress-Navy-1XL, Sporty Bikini Set-Black-S)

After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

All returns must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of purchase with with the original invoice or the order number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or store credit. Please allow at least [15 days to process returns] from the receipt of your item to process your [return/store credit]. [Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.] [We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.] All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • receiving order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, original paperwork along with the original clear protection bag with inventory barcode.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.
